US military begins taking applications from gay recruits
Fri Jul 8, 2011
So if one military member asks another "are you a homosexual" will that be OK? Reason I ask is the "no longer policy" was "Don't ASK, Don't TELL". Fine, so will ASKING be now allowed, just like TELLING?

FAA to require new safety inspections on Boeing 737s
Sun Apr 3, 2011
Chris-749391 The TUC is dependent on whether it's an explosive decompression or a slow one. I know, spent 28 years in the Air Force and got to experience hypoxia and explosive decompressions every three years in an altitude chamber.

Mistaken for Muslims, Sikhs hit by hate crimes
Tue Mar 8, 2011
Yearning, Google "Lien Hoang" and read her bio on linkedin. As you read through it, note her accomplishments while working in Minneapolis, specifically her coverage of, ahem, Al Franken. The tenor of her article is pretty much a reflection of her ideological leanings.
Urging restraint, U.S. military faces test of influence
Sat Jan 29, 2011
Here's an idea...why doesn't Obama go over there on another "apology tour" and take the man who "Made Peace between Egypt & Israel" aka Jimmy Carter (who seems to want to be INVOLVED in everything else) and straighten everything out with the Muslims.
NM gov. declines to pardon outlaw Billy the Kid
Fri Dec 31, 2010
I dunno, Jim Morrison (dead) got a pardon, why not Billy the Kid (dead)? Maybe Charlie Crist is more benevolent than the "soon-to-be-a-bigshot-in-Washington-when-Hillary-gets-canned" Bill Richardson. This story is a classic ending of a year with a "WHIMPER"!
